Governance

The Chesapeake Yacht Club (CYC) functions under the leadership of a Board of Governors proposed by a nominating committee, and elected by the membership during the annual Stockholders’ Meeting each November. The Board consists of six Flag Officers, four Governors, and the immediate Past Commodore. Daily operations are conducted by the resident Club Manager and Assistant Manager.
