Membership Process
Applications for membership will contain the full name(s), address and occupation of the applicant(s) and must be sponsored by at least one active member. If you do not have a sponsor one can be supplied for you.
Each applicant will be interviewed by at least two members of the Board of Governors. Each application for membership will be posted on the Club’s bulletin board for two weeks before approval by the Board of Governors. If any active member objects to the approval of the proposed member and files such objection in writing, he has the right to attend the meeting of the Board of Governors prior to action of the Board of Governors on such membership application to present his objection to the proposed member.
Each application for membership is to be accompanied by the initiation fee as is determined by the Board. If the application is rejected, the initiation fee accompanying the application shall be returned. Upon acceptance of the applicant to membership, the member shall pay the balance of the initiation fee, and the regular dues and other charges.
