CYCLA is governed by an Executive Committee that meets at least twice during the year. The Executive Committee is elected at the annual Stockholders’ Meeting in November for a term of one year. At least 30 days prior to this meeting, the Nominating Committee, comprised of the immediate Past President and a representative from each dock, presents its slate of officers.
